St Mary's Catholic Primary Schools Trust

Breakfast Club

Our breakfast club starts at 8.15 in the morning and finishes at the start of the school day. The children are provided with a healthy, nutritious breakfast which includes cereal, toast, milk, juice, water and fruit, and there are a range of interesting play based activities on offer.

In order to ensure and maintain the highest standards of care, the club is run by our St Mary’s staff and conforms to national standards for extended school care.

The club is open to all children from Reception to Year 6

If you require more information about our Breakfast Club please contact the Infant School Office.

Junior Homework Club

We run a daily homework club from 3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the Junior School.

The club is led by 2 members of St Mary’s staff and  provides opportunities to complete homework with support as well as lots of interesting activities and a healthy snack to keep them going until you pick them up. There will be a daily charge of £6 per child. Please note that this activity is not wrap-around care.

We also run a range of before and after school sports clubs at both school sites.

If you are interested in signing your child up for any of the above clubs or for information about our sports clubs, please contact the Infant School office for the Breakfast Club or the Infant After School Clubs, and the Junior School Office for the Junior Homework Club.

After school activities and clubs offered in the Junior School

At St Mary’s we try to offer a range of activities for different children. Some of the sporting activities are seasonal, so parents are asked to confirm dates through information that is shared with them at the start of each activity. The table below gives an overview as a guide to parents.
